David Hanson served in the United Sates Navy before being Honorably discharged in 1977. He is a graduate of the University of Texas where he participated in the Delta Kappa Epsilon and Silver Spurs organizations. Mr. Hanson earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation from the College of Financial Planning in 1988. David was voted one of the Outstanding Young Men in America in 1988, in addition to being named to "Who's Who in Finance and Industry" for 1996-97. He has often been quoted in the Houston Chronicle, Chicago Tribune, San Francisco Examiner, Registered Rep and the Medical Economics professional journals.
David has provided seminars to Fortune 500 companies such as Exxon and Champion International. He has been featured for special segments at KHOU-TX, Channel 11, dealing with the stock market. Previously, David has testified before the Texas Securities Board and has served as the Chairman, President for the Houston Chapter of the Institute for Certified Financial Planners. In the 2005 Edition, David was selected by Consumers' Research Council of America as one of the best Financial Planners in America.
David is the Securities America Registered Principal for the First Harbor Group. He and his wife Valerie have two sons, Blake and Trevor and are active members of the Second Baptist Church.
David has provided individuals and businesses with insurance, investment and retirement direction since 1988. One of his passions includes helping businesses design employee benefits that attract and retain key employees. He graduated from Baylor University in 1980 with a B.A. in Business and has since earned the professional designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). David has been a speaker at public seminars on a variety of insurance and investment topics. He has also served on an insurance advisory group of a major carrier to help design better insurance products for the public. Currently, David is on the business advisory board of the American International University, helping them develop curriculum for their business students. David and his wife Julie have three children, Allison, Davis and Meredith. An active member of Second Baptist Church, David enjoys golf and keeping up with his children's activities.

Gary and his wife, Terrie, have three children, Melissa, Ben, and Laura. They live in Northwest Houston and are active members of Community of Faith Church . Gary enjoys golf and sporting activities with his family.
